3. Photocopies of all Licenses and/or CSCEs MUST be submitted |

||||

4. CASH or CHECKS for $14.00 payable to ARRL-VEC or W5YI-VEC |

||||
|
5. A Pen for the application and sharpened pencils for the exam |

||||
|
6. a Non-programmable calculator, if wanted |

||||
|
7. Social Security number or FRN is required on NCVEC 605 |
